This is a very quick post to let you know that I am the AccessArt artist of the week for the next two weeks (!) I am very proud of this. It is a website for art teachers with lots of resources, and is particularly good if you are interested in sketchbooks, like I am. If you get a minute you can have a look at my page by clicking on the following link:

Normal posting will resume shortly!
This is thrilling. I enjoyed reading about your work and seeing the images in this summary format. Congratulations Ann.
Thanks – I am really proud of it – out of all proportion to the actual thing!
I hadn’t heard of AccessArt until your blogpost and found your article fascinating even though I have been following your blog for sometime. I have had a quick look at the site but will go back for a better look later as I am supposed to be sorting out my workspace. Congratulations on being selected as Artist of the Week, I hope you enjoy the experience.
Thanks for this. I really like AccessArt because the people who run it are so full of enthusiasm and great ideas and they are all pretty low tech and cheap so that you can do it with children. Well worth supporting, I think.
I have never come across AccessArt before but will definitely be returning there. I loved reading your piece. I am always very drawn to sketchbooks too!
I think it’s a great resource, and they do good training events too. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
I have found Annjrippins work absolutely enthralling. Beautiful, engaging, intelligent, and so well crafted. I must admit her work chosen for the AccessArt artist of the week has nudged me to examine some of my prejudices about advertising and has altered my perceptions. Thank you so much for the opportunity of seeing her work
Thanks very much for this. I appreciate that you took the time to comment.
